RITZ CHICKEN 
4 whole chicken breasts
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted

TOPPING:

1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
3 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Mix together topping ingredients.

Cook the chicken, cool, remove skin and bones. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Mix sour cream and soup together. Stir the chicken in. Pour into 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle on top the cracker mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
