POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tube crushed Ritz crackers
1 tbsp. poppy seed

TOPPING:

1 tube crushed Ritz crackers
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1 stick butter

Cook and chop the chicken into small pieces. Add soup, sour cream, crushed crackers and poppy seed. Next smooth second tube of crushed crackers over mixture. Sprinkle poppy seed on crackers. Melt butter and drizzle over top. Cook in oven at 350 degrees until bubbly, approximately 20 minutes.
