POT ROAST ON GRILL 
4 lb. pot roast
1 med. onion
2 ribs celery
1 carrot
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. ketchup

Brown roast over hot coals. Slice vegetables. Mix remaining ingredients together. Place roast on piece of foil large enough to wrap it in. Put vegetables on top of roast and pour sauce over vegetables. Wrap and cook for 2 hours.
