MOM'S EASY CHEESY POTATOES 
1 bag frozen hash browns
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

TOPPING:

4 c. corn flakes
1/3 c. butter

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir gently but mix well. Toss corn flakes in melted butter until coated and spread on top of mixture. Bake in 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
