SPINACH SALAD 
Spinach, washed & drained, as much as needed
1 1/2 c. bean sprouts, drained
8 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, cut up
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. catsup
1 med. onion, grated
1 tsp. salt

Cook together, pour hot over spinach. (I put bacon in dressing.)
