SUNDAY CHICKEN DINNER 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
1 c. uncooked rice
Salt
Pepper
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Grease 9"x13" baking dish. Place rice in bottom of baking dish. Lay chicken on top of rice. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix together: Cream of mushroom soup 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can milk

Pour over chicken, bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
