SUNDAY DINNER CHICKEN | |
1/2 c. dry rice (long grain) 1 chicken, cut up Salt and pepper on chicken Cream of chicken or celery soup, mixed with 1 1/2 c. water Pour dry (long grain) rice in bottom of baking dish. Lay chicken parts over and pour soup mixture over this. Cover dish tightly with foil and bake. 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours (while at Sunday School and church). 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours (while at preaching only). |
