COTTAGE CHEESE ROLLS 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 1/2 c. sifted flour

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, salt, soda, eggs, and yeast mixture in bowl. Add flour to make a soft dough. Mix well. Put dough in greased bowl, greased side up. Let rise until double in bulk (about 1 1/2 hours). Punch down. Turn onto floured board. Shape into 24 rolls. Put in well-greased pans. Let rise until about double in bulk. Bake at 350 degrees about 20-25 minutes.
