SWEET POTATO ORANGE CUPS 
4 sm. to med. oranges
1 can (29 oz.) yams
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
Miniature marshmallows

Cut oranges in half. Scallop edges. Juice. Drain yams. Save juice. Whip yams, adding spices, sugar, butter, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup yam juice. If not desired consistency continue to add orange or yam juice and whip. Place yam mixture inside orange shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Remove. Place marshmallows on top. Bake 5 additional minutes or until marshmallows are golden.
