1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Juice of 1 lemon
4 tbsp. Cointreau Liqueur (optional), or flavored liqueur of your choice
2 qts. fresh strawberries

Beat ice cream to soften. Fold whipped cream, lemon juice, liqueur (optional) into ice cream. Add strawberries. Serve immediately.
