CONGEALED STRAWBERRY SALAD | |
1 (12 oz.) box strawberry gelatin 2 c. boiling water 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 2 lg. ripe bananas 2 c. sour cream 1 c. pecans In large mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin in water. Add strawberries and stir until thawed. Add well drained pineapple, sliced bananas and pecans. Pour 1/2 mixture into 9"x13" dish and chill. When mixture is firm, spread sour cream evenly and top with remaining mixture and chill. Slice and serve. |
