STRAWBERRY CONGEALED SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 lg. banana, mashed
1 sm. carton sour cream

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add frozen strawberries; break apart with fork as they melt. Add pineapple and mashed banana. Pour half of the Jello mixture into long dish. Chill until firm. Then spread with sour cream. Chill until firm. Add the other half of Jello mixture and congeal several hours. Cut in squares and serve on lettuce. Serves 12 to 15.
