STRAWBERRY CONGEALED SALAD 
1 pkg. family size or 2 sm. size strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 flat can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 carton sour cream dressing (whipping cream may be used instead), I use the whipping cream

Pour boiling water over strawberry Jello. Dissolve. Add the frozen strawberries, pineapple, and pecans. Pour 1/2 of this mixture into a large, flat Pyrex dish. Let congeal. Spread 1 carton sour cream dressing (or whipping cream which has been whipped) over the congealed mixture. Then pour balance of Jello (which should be partially congealed also) over this and return to refrigerator to congeal well.
