PIZZA CRUST 
1 1/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
5 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add oil, salt and knead in flour. Dough will be stiff. Let rise about 1 1/2 hours. Knead down and put on cookie sheets, or for deep dish pizza put in a deeper edge pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes (depending on amount of sauce and cheese on pizza). This recipe makes enough dough for 2 cookie sheets (thin crust) or 1 deep dish pan.
