SOUR CREAM POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 medium potatoes
2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onions
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter

Boil but do not overcook potatoes. Cool and coarsely grate. Melt butter and cheese and stir in sour cream. Dot with butter.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

Serves 10.
