POTATO SOUR CREAM CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 wedge sharp Cracker Barrel cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Thaw potatoes. Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9"x13" pan.
