SUPER SANDWICH 
1 slice (1 inch thick) Italian bread or 1 lg. hard roll split
1 tbsp. butter
1 slice bologna
1 slice summer sausage
1/3 c. sauerkraut
1 slice Mozzarella cheese (1 oz.)
Paprika

Spread bread with butter, cut bologna and sausage in half. Alternate meat slices on bread. Top with sauerkraut and cheese. Place sandwich on paper towel lined microwave proof plate. Cook on 30 for 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 1 minute before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
