MEATBALL SANDWICHES 
2 slightly beaten eggs
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. hamburger

Combine ingredients and mix well. Form into 24 - 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Brown in hot skillet. Remove. 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1 c. water 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (1 c.) 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. parsley flakes 8 French rolls

Add sausage, onion and green pepper. Cook until sausage is browned. Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients. Return meatballs to skillet. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serve on buns or long French rolls.
