1 1/2 c. ground pecans 1 c. butter 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. light corn syrup Line 9-inch cake pan with aluminum foil and butter foil on bottom and up the sides. Combine nuts, butter, sugar and syrup in skillet. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil until mixture turns golden brown, about 5 or 6 minutes. Spread candy in prepared pan and let cool. Remove candy from pan by lifting edges of foil. Peel off foil. Break in pieces or leave in dish until ready to eat. |
