COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 can or 1/2 bag coconut
1/2 c. Bisquick

Mix all ingredients in blender. Pour into buttered 9 inch pie pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
