CRAB SALAD 
8 oz. crabmeat or substitute
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper, to taste
1-3 tsp. horseradish sauce
1-2 tbsp. green onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. olives, chopped
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, seasonings, lemon juice, horseradish, onions and celery. Fold in crabmeat, olives and cheese. Serves 6-8.
