CRAB QUICHE SALAD 
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. half & half cream
4 eggs, beaten
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat, thawed, drained and flaked
1/2 c. green onion slices
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (10 oz.) unbaked pastry shell

Mix above ingredients well. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6 people.
