F.'S FUNNEL CAKES 
2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Hot grease for deep frying
Regular household funnel

Mix dry ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients. Add liquid to dry and mix well. Test to see if batter is runny or thick. Add either milk or flour as needed. Swirl from funnel to hot grease. Cook to golden brown turning once. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon. These are fun to make and eat.
