FUNNEL CAKES 
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all above ingredients together.

2 c. cooking oil for frying
Large bottom funnel

Fill funnel with batter (placing finger over bottom). About 1" from oil, remove finger and slowly or until a steady flow of batter comes from funnel, make a design in oil. When cakes turn brown (golden), turn. Sprinkle with powdered sugar after you take it out of the oil. Don't make too thick, about 1" in diameter.
