BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Bob Evan's breakfast sausage
6 slices textured bread
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Brown the breakfast sausage and drain off grease in colander. Cube the bread and place in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt. Pour over sausage and bread. Sprinkle cheese over top. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake 45 minutes at 350°F.
