BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. sausage
12 eggs
2 cans crescent rolls
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Squeeze Parkay

Brown sausage, drain. Scramble eggs, set aside. Roll out 1 can crescent rolls large enough to cover bottom and side of a 9 x 13 inch dish. Pour sausage over this bottom crust. Add scrambled eggs. Cover entire top with slices of Velveeta cheese. Roll other can of crescent rolls for top crust. Use Squeeze Parkay over top crust. Place in 350 degree oven. Bake until crust is golden brown, approximately 12 to 15 minutes. Serves 12. May be cut in half.
