CHOCOLATE CARAMEL PECAN
CHEESECAKE
 
2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
6 tbsp. melted butter
1 bag, (14 oz.) Kraft caramels
5 oz. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped pecans
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips

Mix vanilla wafers and butter. Press into bottom of 10 inch spring form pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt caramels, stir in milk. Pour over crust. Sprinkle pecans over caramel mixture. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Beat. Pour over pecans. Melt chocolate chips and marble on top.

Bake 40 minutes or until top cracks. 350 degrees.
