LOBSTER STEW | |
1 qt. half & half 1 thick slice onion 1 tsp. salt 1/2 stick butter 1 (16 oz.) can lobster meat with juice Saute the lobster meat, juice, and 1/2 stick butter approximately 10-15 minutes on low heat. In 3 quart saucepan, scald half & half with onion and salt. After scalding, remove the onion and add lobster meat and drippings from frying pan. Cook on low heat 1 hour or longer. The longer, the better. Serve with oyster crackers. |
