LOBSTER STEW 
3 lobsters (1 1/2 to 1 3/4 lb. ea.)
2 qt. milk
1 c. butter
1 can evaporated milk
Salt and pepper

Step 1: Cook lobster in boiling water in large kettle. Cook 20 minutes.

Step 2: Let lobster cool and remove meat from shell and devein. Cut into large size pieces.

Step 3: Melt butter in heavy frying pan and saute lobster meat in butter about 4 minutes. Put in soup pot and add milk and cook about 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper and set overnight.
