LOBSTER STEW 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb.) lobsters cooked and cut in chunks
1 pt. heavy cream
1 pt. light cream or 2 pts. all purpose cream

In a pan melt butter and add flour. Stir until thick. Add creams a small amount at a time to avoid lumps, stirring constantly. Simmer over low heat and add lobster meat and simmer a few minutes longer until meat is hot. Serves 4.
