LOBSTER SALAD 
1 lobster
Some scallops
4 lb. potatoes
4 eggs
Olive oil
Parsley
Black olives
Pepper
1 onion
Carrots
Green peas

Bake the potatoes, eggs, lobster, and scallops with salt to your taste, cut them to bite-sizes. Place in a Pyrex a layer of potatoes, eggs, lobster and scallops. Pour over some olive oil, vinegar and pepper. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up. Top it with chopped onion and parsley. Garnish with egg rings and black olives.
