VEG MEAT BALLS 
1 c. chopped nuts (less can be used)
3/4 c. quick oatmeal
3/4 c. toasted bread crumbs
3 eggs
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 lb. grated cheese

Mix together. Form into balls and brown in oil. Cover with TOMATO SOUP. Simmer at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.

NOTE: I flavor the soup with garlic.
