HAMBURGER ONION PIE 
1 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. light cream
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. sized onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. flavor extender
2 tbsp. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese

Mix 1 cup Bisquick (you may use homemade biscuit mix, if desired) and cream. Knead 10 times. Roll dough and place into a 9 inch pie pan. Saute beef until browned. Saute onions in beef drippings until soft. Drain fat. Combine beef, onions, seasonings, and 2 tablespoons Bisquick. Spread over crust. Beat eggs; blend in cottage cheese and pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
