HAMBURGER ONION PIE 
1 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. light cream
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, sliced, or less
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent
2 tbsp. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese, sm. curd

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix Bisquick and cream well with fork. Knead gently 10 times. Roll and fit into 9 inch pie pan. Saute beef and onions. Add salt, pepper, Accent and 2 tablespoons Bisquick. Spread in pan. Beat eggs lightly and blend with cottage cheese and pour over meat. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes.
