HAWAIIAN CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 oz. Philadelphia cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 c. milk
3/4 c. coconut, if desired

Combine cake mix and pudding. Bake cake mix in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees. Soften cream cheese with small amount of pineapple juice and add 2 cups milk. Blend. Add pudding. Beat 5 minutes at high speed until thick. Spread this over cooled cake. Sprinkle pineapple over top of pudding. Spread Cool Whip on top of pineapple. Sprinkle with 3/4 c. coconut. Refrigerate.
