HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 c. macaroni
1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. onion or flakes
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. cheddar cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper. Drain the grease after cooking. Cook macaroni in 3 cups boiling water; drain and add to hamburger. Add the soup and water and mix.

Pour into a 3-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake on 350 degrees until the cheese has melted, about 10-15 minutes.
