SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lb. squash, cooked & drained
4 beaten eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Mix together. Put into slightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix together cheese and cracker crumbs. Pat onto top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
