PARMESAN CHICKEN 
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
1 egg
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk

Mix Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and pepper in bowl. Beat egg and add milk; put in second bowl. Dip chicken in egg/milk mixture, then in cheese/bread crumb mixture and cover completely. Put in baking pan. Melt butter and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until top is golden brown.
