BEEF 'N RICE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. Minute rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. yellow onion, chopped

Brown ground beef in minimum amount of oil or Pam in a medium size skillet. Add onion; saute. Stir in soup and tomatoes. Sprinkle rice over entire combination; stir contents lightly. Simmer on low heat for approximately 30 minutes, or until extra juice is absorbed. Serve with fruit or green salad.
