RITZY DATE SNACK 
1 c. chopped dates
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. chopped pecans

Cook dates and milk until thick. Add pecans and cool. After cool, spread on Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool, then ice.

ICING:

1/4 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
