T.'S FAVORITE HOMEMADE CHICKEN
VEGETABLE SOUP
 
2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans College Inn chicken broth
1 whole chicken breast, split about 1 lb. (or 1 lb. boneless)
1/2 c. sliced carrot
1/2 c. chopped fresh onion
1/2 c. uncooked med. egg noodles
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 c. water

In saucepan, combine all ingredients, except noodles. Simmer covered, for 30 minutes. Remove chicken. Trim meat from bones. Add to soup. Stir in noodles. Simmer, covered, 15 minutes. Serves 4-6.
