SAUSAGE EGG BRUNCH 
8 oz. pkg. brown 'n serve sausage links, cut into thirds
5 slices of bread, pulled apart
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard or salt & pepper

Place bread pieces on the bottom of a buttered 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish. Place sausage on top of the bread and sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, milk and mustard. Pour evenly over cheese. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes. Makes 5 servings.
