THREE GRAINS BREAD 
3 1/2 to 4 c. all purpose flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. yellow corn meal
2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. butter
1 (13 oz.) can Pet evaporated milk
1/2 c. honey
2 eggs

Sift together 1 cup flour, all whole wheat flour, oats, wheat germ, corn meal, salt, and yeast. Combine hot water, butter, milk, and honey. Stir into flour mixture. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed of electric mixer. Beat in eggs. Beat another 2 minutes on medium speed.

Gradually stir in remaining flour until batter is stiff. Turn out on a lightly floured board; knead until smooth and elastic. Place dough in greased bowl. Cover and rise until double. Divide into 2 loaves and put in 2 loaf pans, greased. Cover and let rise until double in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake 30-35 minutes. longer. or until done. When done, remove from oven and pan.
