PUMPKIN DESSERT 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. pound cake mix
3 eggs
2 tbsp. melted butter
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. walnuts, broken

On low, blend cake mix, 1 egg, butter and 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice. Press in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add milk, 2 eggs, pumpkin, salt and the rest of the pumpkin pie spice. Mix well. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Chill and serve.
