TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
Tater tots
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 jalapeno peppers, minced
Garlic salt to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk, minced

Bake tater tots in ungreased 9 x 13 inch cake pan until well browned. Meanwhile, brown ground beef, onion, jalapeno, and seasonings. Then add cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir until completely blended. Pour over tater tots. Top with cheese. Return to oven and bake at 375 degrees until cheese is bubbling and beginning to brown.
