BAKED ITALIAN BEEF PATTIES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 sm. clove garlic, minced (or 1 tsp. dried minced)
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/3 c. tomato juice
Grated Romano or Parmesan cheese

Combine first 10 ingredients, mixing lightly. Shape into patties and place on oiled baking pan. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and garnish with sliced stuffed olives. Serves 4.
