LENTIL SOUP 'ADDIS BI HAMID 
1 c. lentils
6 c. water
1 onion, chopped in quarters
1 c. celery, chopped
1 med. potato, cubed
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. ground coriander Kisibra
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Wash lentils. Put with celery in water in saucepan. Boil 10 minutes. Add onions and potato, then add salt, pepper, garlic and oil. Boil approximately 25 minutes. Fry coriander in 1 tablespoon oil and pour over lentils. Simmer 5 minutes.
