CAFE AU LAIT PIE | |
1 env. unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. water 1/2 c. Coffee Mate non-dairy creamer 1 1/4 c. strong hot coffee 1 env. low calorie whipped topping mix 12 packets Equal or Sweet 'N Low 2 tbsp. coffee liquor 1 chocolate ready prepared pie crust Soften gelatin in water. Stir Coffee Mate into coffee in small mixer bowl; stir in softened gelatin mixture (heat to dissolve gelatin if necessary). Chill until mixture mounds from a spoon. Add dry whipped topping mix, Equal, and coffee liqueur to gelatin mixture. Beat on medium speed about 2 minutes or until thickened. Spoon into crust. Chill until firm. |
