STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) container frozen strawberries, thawed
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. pecans, chopped

Mix above. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Makes 1 (9 cup) Bundt pan and 1 baby loaf pan, or 1 (10 cup) Bundt pan. Drizzle with cream cheese mixture. 2 to 4 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
