MEXICAN CHICKEN | |
1 whole chicken or 4 - 5 chicken breasts 1 can Rotel 1/2 block Velveeta 3/4 (Rotel) can of milk Fritos Boil your chicken in a dutch oven type pot and debone if using a whole chicken and then make pieces bite size. After chicken is ready, add Rotel, cubed velveeta and milk. You may have to add more milk. Melt everything together. Serve over Fritos. This is awesome! |
